Robert Half Administrative Assistant - Bilingual in Shawano, Wisconsin

Description

We are looking to bring on board a diligent Administrative Assistant for our manufacturing operation based in Shawano, Wisconsin. This role is pivotal in offering administrative support to the human resources team, with emphasis on clerical duties, new hire orientation, general employee support and Spanish language translation when necessary. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the human resources team

• Assist with clerical duties such as answering inbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments

• Coordinate new hire orientations and handle related paperwork

• Offer general support to employees in line with organizational policies and procedures

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently for data entry and other administrative tasks

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service

• Translate documents and communications to Spanish as required

• Utilize Spanish language skills to assist non-English speaking employees

• Perform routine clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Experience in data entry tasks.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and scheduling appointments.

• Fluency in Spanish language and Spanish translation.

• Ability to perform routine clerical duties.

• Experience in providing clerical support.

• Prior experience in conducting new hire orientations.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills
