How you’ll spend your day

• Define product strategy from the health ecosystem and achieve business goals

• Responsible for defining product strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape and domain ecosystem

• Drive execution through product strategy to achieve business goals

• Drive data insights and provide digital solutions to products

• Understand the advantages of the domain ecosystem platform and digital solutions

-Provide valuable suggestions through data-mining and comprehensive analysis

• Understand product features, customer needs, and match efficient digital platforms

• Execute project management

• Analyze the challenges and needs of strategic partners according to the company's strategy, and help innovate design and drive execution

• Drive the improvement of product core indicators through the project operation strategy, and promote the realization of project indicators

• Formulate annual marketing project budget and plan, supervise and evaluate project effect and budget implementation

• Comply with company code of conduct and SOP, pass internal/external audit

• Control Expense within budget, comply with financial guidance

• Manage stakeholders and drive efficient execution

• responsible for managing stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and partners, to ensure the product meets their needs and expectations

• Responsible for communicating with internal teams, customers and stakeholders to drive efficient execution

• Guide and support stakeholders and partners to design local digital solutions based on the local digital ecosystem and needs

Your experience and qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or medical bachelor degree or above

• More than 8 years in medical industry, Rich experience in project management, digital project design experience is preferred

• Excellent English communication and writing skills

• Strong planning, organization, implementation, and data analysis skills

• Strong Communication skills, teamwork spirit and good at analysis and management

• Good command of writing ability and computer operation skills; be able to skillfully use the Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• High business ethics and integrity
