Responsible for technical aircraft management, refurbishment and compliance. Incumbents may provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams and may be involved in the deal team process, quality assurance and/or delivery/redelivery process. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

ULS Digital Segment Senior Manager

Role Summary/Purpose :

Develop portable Ultrasound business long term strategy plan and short-term development plan to cover the target market in an efficient way. Identify priorities for Ultrasound digital commercial potential. Lead to conduct BD activities for both new and existing portable products, digital solutions, applications and deliveries.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for determining portable Ultrasound market potential, align segments and regions, prioritize opportunities, & optimize resources to drive business in China. Strong research capabilities in industry and diseases, generate new business opportunities from clinical clients’ perspectives and holistic marketing analysis. Well connected, experienced in partnership with MNC/local startups, universities and societies to discover new business opportunities. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of trends and requirements in healthcare service digital market. Develop & Implement NPI strategies, both on portable and digital, by working with upstream teams in China & HQ Manage the development of marketing strategies for existing and new products. Build Winning Culture & improve customer touch time, especially for KOLs/luminaries and channel partners Commercially drive operating mechanisms

Quality Specific Goals:

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. 10+ years of extensive commercial experience plus minimum of 5 years of experience in selling digital products or Healthcare internet business ideally. Proven strategic thinking and project planning skills Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all level Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Proven track record on relationship building skills Demonstrated ability to work directly with hospital and channel partner C-Suite Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic

Desired Characteristics:

Master’s degree preferred. Deep knowledge of BD skills. Fluent in English language.
