Amgen Sr. Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis and development of brand strategy, business review, financial forecasting

  • Lead the Repatha marketing programs design according to brand strategy and objectives

  • Lead and advise team to ensure seamless and excellent execution of Repatha marketing programs and achieve objectives and KPIs, including budget management accountability of assigned marketing programs

  • KOL engagement – interaction with national top KOLs in a professional and collaborative manner. Responsible for KOL mindset and concept improvement, develop national-wide brand advocators and speakers

  • Medical associations and other academic third-party engagement and collaboration

(Above accountability is mainly in cardiovascular (CV) and Neuro areas)

  • Team management (e.g., recruitment, coaching/advising, development, and talent retention)

  • Seamless collaboration with sales force and regional product manager (RPM) teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of brand strategy and marketing programs, as well as to collect and understand feedback from field force and transfer to future improvement opportunities of marketing strategy and programs

  • Coordinate with Medical, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Finance and other cross-functional partners.

  • Comply with all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices.

  • Support other activities as required by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree or above (essential)

  • working experiences (total>=8yrs, team leader >=2yrs. >=3yrs Central Marketing experiences of MNC pharmaceutical companies and primary care area (essential), preferably in CV area

  • Fluent English in verbal and written (essential)

  • Proven track record of great leadership, interpersonal skills, and project management skills

  • Passionate for career development and make contribution to healthcare industry
