Position summary:

As a technical lead of integration, you will be responsible for new ERP integration related task assigned by solution manager and build lead. Here the tasks may include end-to-end integration solution definition, ERP touch point layer development, and work with other team in terms of middleware and API development.

Except integration layer development, this role will also be responsible for integration encryption & security, test case validation, transmission troubleshooting, subscribed service administration and maintain.

He/she should be a team player with communication skill to work with multiple IT stakeholders, include BA, global integration and architecture team, and development team.

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

  • Working with solution manager & GIT architect and relevant middleware, integration and build team to design ERP/D365 to-be system and data integration plan.

  • To propose integration technical solution recommendation based on different scenario & integration patten.

  • Based on FRD/ADO URS to in charge D365 end data flow development, interface layer configuration.

  • Test case (happy path/Negative/error handling test)

  • Integration technical layer configuration or coding

  • ADO structure standardization and alignment with GIT

  • ADO User Story/USR development feasibility confirmation

Education & special trainings:

  • BS in Information Systems or equivalent

  • Azure certificate of cloud architecture and API/integration service is a plus

Qualifications & experience:

  • Min 7 years hands-on experience of system integration & data processing.

  • Min 5 years' experience of ADO project onboarding, structure setup and rule definition.

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP enhancement, e.g. X++, CDM, etc.

  • Knowledge of D365 integration capability: integration hub / message queue /dual write, etc.

  • Knowledge of middleware platform, e.g., Mule soft, Azure API, Service Bus & Logic App.

  • Familiar with API/WS protocol (REST, SOAP, Data API) & EDI protocol & schema /canonical format coding.

  • Hands-on experience of data cloud services (Azure Synapse, Azure data lake, Azure data factory) configuration and setup.

  • ETL/Data modelling experience is big plus.

Physical & mental requirements:

  • Demonstration of system process and data flowing

  • Presentation skill of project progress update

  • Able to write and communicate in English
