Amazon Senior Program Manager, Asia Global Selling - PMO Seller Economics in Shanghai, China

Description

Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated program manager to join the central PMO team. This is an unique opportunity to:

The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be strong at performing deep dives to derive insights on Seller behaviors, identify key pain points and needs from Seller perspective, and drive programs and initiatives to continuously improve Sellers' experience.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Deliver and build Seller economic insights and be a single-thread owner to drive strategic programs

  2. Facilitate business discussions with in-depth data-driven insights to drive Seller growth and experience

  3. Identify global Selling partner experience gaps and influence cross-functional stakeholders for continuous improvement or new opportunities.

  4. Deliver business results via owned products and initiatives

About the team

We are Asia Global Selling (AGS) PMO team. We collaborate with AGS business teams to identify key Seller needs and partner with global product teams to develop tools and solutions to improve Seller experience and sustainable growth.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Shanghai, 31, CHN

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
