Job Description:

职能描述:在主管一定的指导下独立负责指定区域或指定客户的销售工作,达成销售目标;运用优秀的销售技巧开展工作并取得持续良好的销售成果。

具体职责:

  • 负责个人防护产品在指定区域的销售工作并达成销售目标;

  • 聚焦终端客户,开发指定区域的新客户,深挖存量的客户的业务潜力,建立健康的业务机会池,达成分配的新增业务机会关闭目标;

  • 通过扎实的客户拜访和培训教育,深度了解终端KA的生意现状和生意潜力,运用部门的市场活动和销售工具,突破新KA,提升存量KA的份额,并实现价值销售。

  • 配合区域销售经理,完成指定区域指定渠道的销售目标;

  • 执行部门的市场策略和计划,积极主动地向主管汇报市场信息和市场对公司产品性能的反馈信息;

  • 与市场部门和技术部门配合,通过技术支持、现场走线、培训教育和客户活动等,和终端客户良好互动,提升客户满意度;

  • 独立处理通常状况下的客户投诉,遇到复杂情形及时向主管寻求帮助和指导;

  • 完成主管指派的其他工作。

基本要求:

  • 大学本科或以上学历;

  • 五年以上跨国公司工业品行业销售或业务开发经验;

  • 对个人防护用品市场的客户及其需求有相当充分的了解;

  • 有能力建立与新客户的联系,并能下沉到客户一线,与客户关键人建立全方位联系;

  • 优秀的沟通能力、说服力和熟练的销售技巧;

  • 有优秀的时间和区域管理能力;

  • 熟练的英语听说读写能力;

  • 良好的计算机操作技能。

优先条件:

  • 有丰富的新客户开发经验者优先;

  • 有优秀的解决问题能力。
