Job Description
Major Accountabilities
Develop comprehensive solutions for Allergan's facial aesthetics products, including product operation solutions, aesthetic solutions, etc
Based on relevant solutions, develop valuable projects, tools, and content for the operation of medical aesthetic institutions and the promotion of Allergan products
Runs market research programs & market insights for Allergan facial brand and monitors / anticipates market development
Provides input into strategic plan related to responsible brand segment and on ad hoc request from senior management
Trains sales reps to apply the projects, tools and content produced by solution team during sales meetings and as part of new rep training.
Qualifications
University degree in healthcare or related degree
Good in English writing and speaking;
Minimum of 3 years experience within pharmaceutical and medical device industry;
Sales experienced preferred;
Have good capabilities for planning and organization;
Good communication skills ;
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure within strict deadlines
