Job Description

Major Accountabilities

  • Develop comprehensive solutions for Allergan's facial aesthetics products, including product operation solutions, aesthetic solutions, etc

  • Based on relevant solutions, develop valuable projects, tools, and content for the operation of medical aesthetic institutions and the promotion of Allergan products

  • Runs market research programs & market insights for Allergan facial brand and monitors / anticipates market development

  • Provides input into strategic plan related to responsible brand segment and on ad hoc request from senior management

  • Trains sales reps to apply the projects, tools and content produced by solution team during sales meetings and as part of new rep training.

Qualifications

  • University degree in healthcare or related degree

  • Good in English writing and speaking;

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within pharmaceutical and medical device industry;

  • Sales experienced preferred;

  • Have good capabilities for planning and organization;

  • Good communication skills ;

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure within strict deadlines
