Position Overview :
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Inside Sales Representative II with exceptional customer engagement skills to join our world-class sales team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, delivering professional and efficient service. Your primary focus will be on stimulating customers' demand and managing sales pipelines to drive sustainable organic business growth.
Responsibilities:
Establish contact with potential customers by phone, understand customer needs and provide corresponding solutions
Actively torch customers, and carry out sales activities through phone calls, corporate WeChat and other social media, to achieve personal and team sales goals
Coordinate cross-functional teams (such as Admin, CSR, legal, finance, planner, logistics, etc.), to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
Provide professional customer service, answer customer questions and doubts
Timely track sales opportunities and customer relationships, establish long-term partnership relationships
Continuously learn and understand the company's products and services, so as to effectively convey value and advantages to customers
Provide sales reports and market feedback, support sales strategies and business development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in the field of chemistry and biology; those with sales experience are preferred, especially in life sciences, medical, instrument-related industries.
Possess good communication and negotiation skills, can effectively establish trust and relationships with customers
Possess strong sales ability and goal orientation, can achieve sales goals under pressure
Possess good team spirit, can work closely with the internal team to complete tasks
Possess good time management and organizational skills, can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects
Possess good problem-solving ability and customer service awareness, can effectively solve customer problems and doubts
Possess good learning ability and adaptability, can quickly master the company's product and service knowledge
