Abbott E-Commerce Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China

uFour Main Responsibilities:

Build strong activation plan and calendar which is aligned with key stakeholders Develop integrated EC key festival activation which help to drive traffic and engage EC customers Content development and management Media development and management O2O strategy, planning and management

uMajor Responsibilities/Activities:

Develop EC & digital marketing strategy base on brand strategy & core idea. Build strong activation plan and calendar which is aligned with key internal & external stakeholders Drive integrated EC key festival activation planning and implemention which help to drive traffic and engage EC customers Coordinate with EC sales team and brand team to plan and manage the online content. Ensure clear and precise communications on products and comply with internal and external policies; monitor and analyze content performance; continuously optimize and test on new content approach based on historical learnings, new content trends and data-driven experimentation Coordinate with EC sales team and brand team to develop ad execute media plan. Maintain relationship with media agencies and EC platforms to ensure getting update on market trend. Monitor and track on on media effectiveness Develop O2O strategy to drive online traffic to offline stores and vice versa Ensure a consistent brand experience across all channles, both online & offline Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital & O2O strategies Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on key metrics, campaign performance and customer behaviors and identify issues & opportunities Collaborate with sales team to engage with key account customers by leveraging digital & O2O resources.

8.REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry experience s :

Proven experience in managing e-commerce/digital marketing or O2O in retail industry

Must have EC marketing experience, O2O is a plus

  • Position experiences:

At least 5 years commercial working experience

At least 2 years working experience related to EC/digital marketing or O2O
