Position: Intern for commercial insights

On December 20, 2021, Oracle Corporation and Cerner Corporation jointly announced an agreement for Oracle to acquire Cerner through an all-cash tender offer for $95.00 per share, or approximately $28.3 billion in equity value. Cerner is a leading provider of digital information systems used within hospitals and health systems to enable medical professionals to deliver better healthcare to individual patients and communities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposal process:

· Support creation of proposal and pitch (focus on benefits) including desk research

Project management:

· Create & deliver materials based on project needs

· Support all aspects of day- to- day project management

Analysis/reporting:

· Analyze data and join brainstorming to generate insight and recommendations that answers client’s central question

· Support in project delivery e.g. creating reports, charts, presentations and other client deliverables, and participating in client meetings where needed

Communication:

· Actively listen and communicate openly with clients and internal teams

· Communicates proactively

· Clearly and accurately write reports, presentations and proposal documents KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge areas and experience:

· Marketing/ Commerce, Marketing Research

· Art & Social Sciences

· Statistics, Economics

· Psychology

· Science

· Some knowledge of Healthcare/Pharma Industry would be of great advantage or prior internships in market research companies.

Skills:

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Organized and manages time well

· Confident analysis and presentation skills
