TEKsystems IT Support Analyst in Seville, Ohio
Description:
TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist with phase 1 of a merger & acquisition. This person will work onsite in Seville, OH.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Initial setup of PC's
Racking and stacking of switches into racks
Providing support to users throughout the process
Assisting with logins and connectivity issues
Basic Windows OS and Office 365 troubleshooting
Skills Needed:
Experience troubleshooting IT issues in a corporate environment, including Windows OS and Office 365 support
