Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:
Assist in digital transformation initiatives for the Tax & Customs function
Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance Tax & Customs process
Perform data analysis and manage large datasets to create added value
Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key metrics to monitor Tax/Customs KPIs
Optimize existing processes through digitalized tools and systems
Customs compliance process support : Prepare data to support daily customs operations (i.e. editing files, uploading to Siemens internal tools or external government agency web portal)
Support Tax & Customs administrative tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HQ colleagues to achieve Siemens strategy
What you need to make real what matters.
Experiences on Power BI, Power Platform, RPA, Alteryx etc. is preferred
Early adapter in terms of GenAI is highly recommended
Passionate about digital innovation and technology
Knowledge of generative AI techniques, data analysis and highly advanced MS office
Excellent communication, team spirit with engagement
Fluency in English communication
Fast learner from on-the job training to perform Tax/Customs related supporting tasks
IT related majors/background in university or digitization/automation experiences in the organization is preferred
The proven portfolio in the areas of automation project is preferred
Growth mindset via on-the job training and self motivated internal/external learning
