Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual marketer who drive impactful marketing initiatives, foster innovation, and cultivate strong relationships within the APAC region, particularly in the Korean market. We highly value candidates with proven industry knowledge and solid B2B marketing experience in Automotive, Electronics and Semiconductor.

Report to: Industry Field Marketing Lead in APAC

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation:

l Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution of assigned campaigns, adhering to specifications and budget constraints. Promptly escalate any issues encountered and provide local insights to the Global Industry Pod.

l Understand and interpret global industry plans and local priorities, proposing innovative ideas for locally sourced programs that align with these priorities.

l Analyze the results of global and locally sourced demand generation initiatives, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns performance.

Global Connection:

l Maintain continuous alignment with relevant sales leadership, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to educate individual sales teams and PfDs on the Revenue Funnel concept and how to utilize the Revenue Waterfall dashboard effectively.

l Collect feedback from customer interactions and sales conversations regarding assets, tactics, and topics designed for our target audience. Ensure these insights are shared and acted upon within the Global Industry Pod.

On job skillsets

l Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in B2B marketing strategies, particularly within the Automotive, Electronics, and Semiconductor industries. Knowledge of demand generation techniques, campaign management, and marketing analytics is essential.

Deep understanding of the Korean market landscape, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.

l Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet specified requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English are essential for effectively collaborating with global and local teams, as well as communicating campaign insights and results.

  • Leadership Skills: Capacity to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a matrixed organization. Strong leadership qualities such as initiative, accountability, and resilience are highly valued.

In addition to the core requirements, candidates with expertise in the following areas are preferred:

  • Account-Based Marketi ng (ABM): Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts within the Korean market. Experience in identifying high-value accounts, creating personalized marketing campaigns, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers is highly valued.

  • Persona-Driven Customer Engagement: Proven experience in leveraging customer personas to drive personalized and targeted engagement strategies. Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversions.

Education and Language

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in Marketing or Business can be advantageous.

  • Fluency in both Korean and English is essential to verbal and written communication.

Relevant Working Experience

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in professional marketing roles.
