Job Description:

1. Become proficient in the current EMR a. Become proficient in doing state reporting. This includes failed claims and running the five files before they are sent to the state b. Unsign notes, treatment plans/case plans c. Assist therapists with terminations, NOC d. Gain an understanding of building reports/Carelogic forms e. Understand the Carelogic ticket system f. Assist/learn/gain understanding of the positions of Admin/Billing Consultant staff g. Assist with POEs for new/returning patients h. Assist with admin financial paperwork at intakes and updates yearly

2. Coordinate and/or attend regular meetings with software support to address critical issues Re: billing, clinical electronic record, and any other software additions necessary for efficient functioning of EMR, enter and check data for accuracy a. Complete required DMH reports and submit in a timely manner b. Enter school based IDs in EMR and coordinate with DMH c. Serves as DMH contact for our Center reporting of consumer statistics and services

3. Assist with training new providers and employees

4. Medicaid Assisted for clients who have lost their Medicaid

5. Perform other duties as necessary or assigned and attend work in a regular and timely manner
