Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes, LLC, a premier systems-built manufacturer of modular components is currently hiring for our  exterior finish department.  The exterior finish department insulates the exterior walls and installs a specified style, type and color of siding on the exterior of the building to protect the building from the elements.  Essential duties include: cutting and installing exter wall insulation to prints and sales order specifications, cutting and trimming siding to install on walls, around doorways, windows, outlets, lights, vents, etc. Qualified candidates must be able to ascend/descend a ladder, move up to 75lbs and constantly move and position self to complete the required work. Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates.
