Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Documentation:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and priorities.
Technical Solution Design:
Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design scalable, efficient, and robust technical solutions.
Identify and mitigate technical constraints, risks, and opportunities during the design and planning stages.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Integration:
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Assist with the integration of systems, APIs, and data flows across platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Support QA processes by reviewing test plans, ensuring technical requirements are met, and validating quality standards.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business expectations and requirements.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements.
Recommend enhancements and automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business analysis, technical documentation, and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with system design principles and basic programming.
Experience or knowledge in data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a team.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, JIRA) is a plus.
