Description and Requirements
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Reaching out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our notebook warranties
Upselling and renewing warranties on laptops sold by our company
Proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warranties
Providing quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customers
Addressing customer concerns and objections
Processing sales orders and completing necessary documentation
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
Understand of Channel business model
Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and quotas
As required co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.
Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors.
Communicate to partners on Sales program and drive pipelines
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume inside sales environment
Strong business language skills – able to converse and written English, other additional languages will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially on Excel- Pivot, Vlookup etc
Prior experience in a warranty renewal or technical sales role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
