TEKsystems Test Technician in Secaucus, New Jersey
Description:
This
manufacturing company is looking for test technicians to join their team. This
would be in a warehouse
environment.
There is currently 3 different shifts available. There is no work
experience
required for this role as it is an entry level IT position. The
ideal candidate
would have an IT educational experience, or hold a personal
experience
building a PC. This is not a software position, but strictly a
hardware
position, working with the tools and equipment to build servers and
computers.
There will be a
month long training period for this role.
This in an onsite
role, unable to be remote (LOCAL TO NJ ONLY)
Must be
willing and able to travel in to
Secaucus every
day as this is a Monday - Friday schedule.
• Associates degree in IT, or Certification from a Technical
School and/or equivalent related work experience
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are beneficial but
not required
• Configuration experience of Microsoft OS
VISTA/WIN7/Server/Office suite and basic Linux
• 1 year PC system related hardware or networking experience
is beneficial but not required
