Amazon Visual Designer, Amazon B2B Payments & Lending in Seattle, Washington

Description

Looking to drive the design strategy and execution for a fast-growing team that's helping to disrupt the business payments landscape for millions of Amazon's business customers?

The Amazon Payments and Lending team is looking for a talented Visual Designer to produce brand and design assets for innovative and effective financial B2B marketing assets globally, helping to drive traffic, increase conversion, and generate awareness.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual design background, with experience working on both digital and print initiatives, including email, website, paid media and organic assets. As a designer, you should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate creative briefs and concepts into customer-centric designs that elevate our brand and generate growth. You proactively identify creative that will help improve the customer experience, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and possess the ability to articulate design choices.

Key job responsibilities

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to deliver quality, on-brand designs that help drive revenue growth across digital and print channels

• Ideate and execute flawless marketing campaign assets, promotional materials, and product creative in support of Amazon Business Payments and Lending

• Consistently raise the bar for creative development and execution across global regions

• Support your designs using insights including quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and feedback

• Ensure all projects are completed within identified timelines and budgets

• Develop conceptual detailed visual mockups to communicate and pitch high-level design strategies

• Provide and manage design documentation and specifications

About the team

Amazon B2B Payments & Lending manages all Amazon and partner-branded payment services such as co-branded business credit cards, business lines of credit, EFT, and seller loans. We're a diverse, data-obsessed team on a mission to streamline how businesses globally manage their short- and long-term financial, payment, and capital needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design experience

  • Have an available online portfolio

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS

  • Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns

  • Experience designing for B2B audiences in credit and banking, fintech, or insurance related products and/or industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
