Amazing Thai Cuisine LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Seattle, Washington
Amazing Thai Cuisine lives up to its name, providing amazing Thai cuisine to the Seattle area. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cook will have the following duties:
- Preparing and cooking traditional Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, chilies, and narm pla' (dried fish sauce);
- Checking the quantity and quality of received products;
- Preparing different types of Thai specialty sauces required for meat marinating and dipping so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
- Performing other health and sanitation duties, as required by law.
SALARY: $48,693/year
