- Lead a team focused on driving organic and paid product growth by leveraging data, experiments, and engineering.
- Drive scalable and measurable growth and set ambitious goals for your product to deliver significant business impact.
- Drive user acquisition and product adoption.
- Define features and experiments end-to-end, including creating product requirements, driving cross-functional execution, making data-driven product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
- Work to develop a product growth model and roadmap and continue to refine it through experimentation and research.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to rapidly ship new, impactful experiments.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver experiments spanning multiple teams' areas.
- Analyze lots of data, including opportunity analysis and test result analysis.
- Work in process or resource gaps and fill it in yourself.
- Understand technical tradeoffs and communicate details with stakeholders.
Position is in Seattle, WA. Up to 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field;
- 2 years of experience working as a consumer or enterprise software product manager;
- 2 years of experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- 1 year of experience on a growth team or product development team that is metrics driven;
- 1 year of experience with A/B testing;
- 6 months of experience analyzing user behavior and measuring the impact of experiments on business outcomes using strong analytical skills with SQL; and
- 6 months of experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and security.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
Multiple positions available.
$132,000 to $192,000 per year
