James W. Fowler Company seeks senior project engineers in Greater Seattle/Tacoma, WA.
Duties: development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans; written project scopes of work; facilitation of communication between project participants with proper documentation; preparation of weekly and monthly reporting; procurement and coordination of required project resources; writing RFI's, reviewing and submitting submittal packages, preparation of subcontract, purchase order, change order documentation, and related financial documentation; forecasting of and tending to project costs; maintenance of proper communication with project team regarding project activities among other duties as assigned. This position requires limited domestic travel to client sites.
Qualifications: Master's in civil engineering or related; Two years' experience as a project engineer or civil engineer. Two years' experience must include proficiency with Navisworks; proficiency with project management software of Procore and Proficiency with advanced project scheduling software of Microsoft Project.
