Description Senior Executive Assistant - Administration (252914) Schedule: FTE: 1.0, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, Day, This position is in-office (not remote). Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position provides administrative support for the Swedish Cherry Hill Campus and the Central Service Area Executive Leadership Team. This position provides support for one or more of the following executives: Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Mission Integration Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and/or Associate Vice President. Works at a high level of confidentiality and performs a wide range of complex and diversified administrative functions and office procedures assisting the respective Chief(s). Works with little supervision. Acts as liaison on behalf of the respective Chief(s) to promote positive relations with senior management, caregivers, physicians, and public. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree or Certificate from a two-year college or technical school. 6 years of recent administrative work supporting a high-level executive in a major organization.
