This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you willbe responsible for supporting the planning and execution of sales and inventory operations to meet our business objectives. Special Mentions Relocation provided Travel expected up to 20% of the time Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the development and implementation of sales inventory operations planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, inventory management, production, and finance, to gather data and insights for demand and supply planning. Assist in analyzing sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales inventory operations, identifying improvement opportunities and areas for action. Support the coordination of inventory management processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assist in the development and maintenance of sales inventory operations planning documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions. Contribute to the improvement of sales inventory operations planning processes through continuous learning and the application of best practices. Participate in project management activities, including organizing meetings, tracking action items, and contributing to the successful completion of SIOP projects. Partner with the Data Insights team to simplify and potentially automate manual reports. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience or internship in supply chain, operations, or project management is a plus, but not required. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and self-motivated approach, along with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
