As a Starbucks Product Manager on the North American Coffee Partnership, you will help propel our ready-to-drink coffee business into the next phase of growth! In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive broad impact across many diverse aspects of the business including sales performance analysis, commercialization management, creative marketing support, and analytic storytelling.

As a product manager , you will…

  • Manage the day-to-day on assigned businesses – As the category lead, you will be responsible for analyzing consumption performance and providing strategic recommendations to grow the business.

  • Support line extension innovation – You will be responsible for developing new flavors on existing product platforms from initial briefing through performance analysis and all steps in between.

  • Support marketing and commercial objectives – You will lead key graphics projects, customer marketing activities as well as contribute to national marketing campaigns.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Progressive experience in product innovation, brand management, marketing, retail, or strategy consulting (5-7 years).

  • Progressive experience leading large cross-functional projects, synthesizing disparate points of data or feedback, and gaining alignment with multiple levels of leaders.

  • Experience leading brand communication and marketing programs.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage through ambiguity.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • MBA preferred.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
