They are an excellent writer equally skilled at writing original copy and reworking content from subject matter experts. They believe no detail is too small and insist on the same high standards when communicating with employees as they would with customers. They are also comfortable navigating a complex business, managing through ambiguity, and adapting to change.

  • Build and maintain mechanisms, SLAs, and ways of working with the TAA product team, global and regional communications teams, and key HR stakeholders. Balance differing viewpoints and escalate risks when needed.

  • Be the employee experience advocate, representing and protecting this through all communications strategy and decision making.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in campaign marketing, communications, or public relations.

  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans for new product launches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a talent for translating technical details into straightforward communications.

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

  • Proven ability to deliver results with minimal guidance in an entrepreneurial environment where lines of ownership are often ambiguous.
