The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who is self-motivated and passionate about driving complex, high-impact programs that align with Adobe's strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee multiple cross-functional initiatives with a sense of urgency. This role calls for a leader who can navigate ambiguity, take decisive action, and achieve high-quality outcomes at scale. What you'll Do Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to achieve program goals. Establish and maintain program timelines, identifying and mitigating risks proactively. Develop and implement standard methodologies for program management to optimize efficiency and execution. Communicate program status, challenges, and dependencies to collaborators at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation. Ensure technical teams stay focused and accountable for delivering high-quality solutions on time. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to balance short-term deliverables with long-term architectural strategies. What you need to succeed BA/BS degree preferred OR 10+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience. A deep understanding of mobile app development (Android and iOS). Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators. Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong sense of urgency and ownership with the ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot strategies, be flexible and open to new ideas and approaches. Ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and collaborators with competing priorities. Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones. Strong business insight and ability to connect technical initiatives to business impact. Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $269,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
