Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are a manufacturer of steel framing and a distributor of drywall and construction materials. As the only continuously operated Steel Stud manufacturer in the U.S.A. since 1974, our growing team is in need of additional Production Helpers for our busy Seattle plant.
Responsibilities
Loading of raw material and unloading finished parts
Assisting in set up of line to run material
Following and supporting safety requirements within the facility
Cleaning work area, machines, tools, and equipment
Performing other duties as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Experience with machine operation
Experience with steel and metal is a plus
Familiarity with old paper machines turned into steel cutting machines, brake press machine, and forming machines
Experience with heavy industrial machine operation
Basic shop math skills
Proficiency with measuring tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
