Philips IntelliSpace Perinatal Clinical Education Consultant (Travel: Nationwide) in Seattle, Washington

The IntelliSpace Perinatal Clinical Education Consultant will lead the clinical delivery of the IntelliSpace Perinatal solution onsite with customers, coordinating with project managers, consultants, and sales teams. Ensure effective on-site or remote clinical services, including education, support, and system optimization, while fostering strong customer relationships.

Your role:

  • Serve as a clinical resource to IntelliSpace Perinatal customers nationwide; focused mainly in central and western US.Expected travel nationwide and Canada.

  • Work closely with the Philips Field Service organization, sales, and project managers during project phases of the implementation, conversion, and go live of the perinatal solution,

  • Manage the clinical aspects of an implementation including assessing workflows, creating education plans, determining custom configurations, supporting first customer use, encouraging ongoing adoption of change, and optimizing use of complex solutions. Assess customer's configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver application education.

  • Focus on the clinical configuration and education needs of customers in various departments: outpatient, labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and newborn nursery. Understand clinical implications of technical implementations including networks and clinical informatics systems.

  • Deliver clinical services to customers that are consultative, advanced, and focused on workflows and clinical optimization, apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems, support customers in the use and optimization of their systems.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related science and 5+ years in Labor and Delivery; current nursing license required. IntelliSpace Perinatal strongly preferred.

  • 4 + years in-depth knowledge of the perinatal environment.

  • 1+ years of clinical education/in-servicing experience.

  • Experience with EMR’s and networked clinical systems.

  • Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time. Must reside within one hour of major airport.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $83,000 to $133,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $ 87,000.00 to $140,000.00

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $92,000 to $147,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $98,000 to $157,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
