At Pearce Specialty Framers LLC, we're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of tools and materials and follow instructions. They should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. Duties:
- Measure, cut, and install wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Build and install structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and staircases using hand tools and power tools.
- Install hardware.
- Construct concrete forms for foundations, slabs, and walls.
- Work with others in professional and productive manor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a framer or carpenter in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of various carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately according to measurements.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
