The Opportunity One Medical is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance Team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. In this role, you will be providing support to the business through deep analytics and financial modeling. You are extremely proactive, motivated, well organized, and have the ability to multitask while working with different stakeholders within the organization. What you'll likely work on: Reporting Provide reports for business partners to enable them to manage their budgets and headcount effectively and in accordance with annual plan Prepare financial reporting packages with deep and relevant insights to various stakeholders: leadership, employees, board, and investors Perform core responsibilities around month-end financial close and forecasting Create and maintain dashboards and other summary outputs for CEO and leadership teams Develop constructive, collaborative relationships with business partners. Be the trusted business advisor for leaders Evolve and implement processes and tools necessary to help scale our FP&A practices Financial modeling and analytics Provide scenario analysis support to help business partners understand financial impact of investment decisions Work closely with Finance leadership to understand growth levers that impact the financial well-being of the business Conduct deep dives into business trends and drivers of variance Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis for business and product teams Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform and influence company strategy What you'll need: 2+ years of strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance experience at a high-growth startup or well-established company Self-starter mentality with a focus on deadline and excellent time management skills High output and great attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders Working knowledge of Adaptive, NetSuite, Coupa, and Tableau highly preferred Benefits designed to aid your health and wellness: Taking care of you today Paid sabbatical after 5 and 10 years Employee Assistance Program - Free confidential advice for team me
