Amazon’s Worldwide Operations (WW Ops) organization is looking for Executive Assistants who want to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support 2-3 Directors or a 1 Vice President for a team in Seattle or Bellevue, Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include but not limited to managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team

Key job responsibilities

Role responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, submitting expense reports, managing & implementing projects or process improvements, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and assisting with meeting agendas.

The ability to maintain a high level of discretion in handling confidential information, professionalism in dealing with senior executives, and planning ahead are critical to this EA’s success.

A day in the life

In-office requirement of at least 3 days/week

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bellevue, WA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 5+ years of Amazon experience

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • High school or equivalent diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills while demonstrating the ability to design and improve processes

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time with impeccable attention to detail

  • High level of integrity and discretion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
