As the Executive Assistant to the Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance (SQMA) Vice President, you will provide administrative and customer service support to the SQMA team. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and superb communication skills. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Responsibilities: Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms. Assists with catering for meetings and events. Review invoices to arrange billing to the appropriate department or business unit. Earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Qualifications: Highschool diploma or equivalent required Strong work tenure: five to seven years of experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery Administrative skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills. A bias for action. Emotional maturity; positive, low-stress behavior, in words and actions Proven track record to handle confidential information with discretion U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
