Slalom LLC Director, Partner Activation - AWS Strategic Programs in Seattle, Washington

Slalom is seeking a strategic and dynamic Partner Activation Leader (PAL) for AWS Strategic Programs to accelerate our growth through targeted, high-impact collaborations with AWS. This role focuses on developing, launching, and scaling industry-specific solutions and joint programs that drive revenue and enable our teams to deliver meaningful value to clients. As a key member of the AWS Business Unit, you'll work closely with Slalom's industry, solution, partner, and sales teams, as well as AWS counterparts, to create unique offerings that resonate within key sectors, unlocking new sales opportunities and revenue streams through differentiated go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role is based out of Seattle. What You'll Do Strategic Program Development & Execution * Identify, design, and lead the creation of strategic programs with AWS, placing a strong emphasis on industry-specific solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of verticals such as financial services, healthcare, retail, energy, and more. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Slalom and AWS to ensure alignment on program vision, execution, and success metrics, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped and aligned for successful program rollout. * Act as the primary point of contact for AWS and Slalom teams to drive efficient collaboration and execution on program initiatives. Industry Solutions Strategy & Innovation * Identify areas of unique market opportunity for joint AWS & Slalom solutions based on data driven analysis of market demand, Slalom cloud expertise and mutual strategic focus areas. * Develop, support, prioritize and execute on an industry-focused strategy, identifying key industry trends and areas where Slalom and AWS can jointly offer differentiated solutions to drive client impact and competitive advantage. * Leverage AWS's capabilities and Slalom's industry expertise to create industry-specific GTM plays and accelerators, establishing Slalom as a thought leader in the AWS ecosystem within targeted sectors. * Proactively leverage AWS's latest products, solutions, funding and go-to-market opportunities and programs to identify high-potential areas for new industry-specific solutions, ensuring Slalom is consistently delivering market-leading offerings. Pipeline Growth & Revenue Enablement * Design and operationalize GTM plays and joint initiatives with AWS, focusing on scalable industry solutions that drive measurable impact on pipeline generation and revenue growth. * Develop clear handoff and execution strategies for industry-focused programs to enable sales and business development teams to drive successful outcomes, with an emphasis on sector-specific value propositions. * Track and report on the success of joint initiatives, focusing on key metrics such as pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and overall ROI for industry-aligned solutions. Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management * Cultivate and strengthen relationships across Slalom and AWS, including partner, industry, solution, and sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment and shared objectives on all industry and program initiatives. * Manage and execute rhythm of the business workstreams, including but not limited to, executive connections, MBRs, QBRs, and SCA related meetings. * Act as a central liaison to both internal and external team To view the full job description,
