This person will need to work hybrid from our Seattle, WA three days per week. Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025. We are looking for a motivated Customer Optimization Intern to join our team, supporting key projects that drive improved customer interactions and business outcomes. This role will primarily focus on enhancing our SPI (savings per interaction) model. The intern will research, collect data, analyze root causes, and develop an action plan to support improved documentation practices. Solutions may include process changes, training materials, and product enhancements. Additionally, the intern will assist in automating the identification of invalid CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) responses. A day in the life... Why Join Us? Data Analysis & Reporting: Review and analyze data to identify patterns and provide insights. Project Work: Conduct current state analysis, investigate root causes, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop recommendations to enhance SPI documentation practices. Create action and communication plans to implement solutions. CSAT/NPS Optimization: Deep dive into CSAT/NPS data to build a reliable system that identifies and filters out invalid responses, contributing to better overall metrics. What We're Looking For (Requirements): * Education: Currently pursuing or has completed a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, rising Junior or Senior preferred * In-Person Availability: Ability to work on-site at our Seattle office at least three times per week. * Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from various sources and create actionable insights. * Effective Communication: Proficient in creating visual data presentations and conveying concise, clear messages to business stakeholders. * Self-Motivated & Eager to Learn: Proactive in tackling business challenges, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to implement effective solutions.
