Marsh & McLennan CSS Training and Development Analyst (Multiple Office Locations) in Seattle, Washington

We are seeking the following role in any of these Guy Carpenter locations: Philadelphia, PA; Edina, MN; or Seattle, Washington or New York, NY. CSS Training and Development Analyst What can you expect? * Develop and update training materials to support the education and training of CSS Colleagues. * Work with other areas to support on-going change initiatives and process improvement including roll-outs of updated workflows, processes and system implementations. * Facilitate and lead key training activities, as well as assist in all aspects of training implementation including determination of best delivery model, involvement of key stakeholders culminating in creation and delivery of training to CSS team members.
