Job Title: Cost Estimator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator to design and develop applications with a strong focus on data automation. This role involves creating new reports and pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining existing applications. The successful candidate will work closely with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and functionality of data feeds and APIs.
Responsibilities
Design and develop applications with a focus on data automation.
Create new reports and pipelines based on stakeholder requests.
Troubleshoot, solve problems, monitor, repair, and maintain existing applications.
Debug issues and report system functionality.
Manage user access to applications, tools, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain data feeds related to ETL procedures and APIs.
Ensure functionality of data integration from internal tools to reporting systems.
Work closely with internal staff and stakeholders to plan work, track progress, and communicate updates.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
Experience in applications development and database development.
Proficiency in application integration.
Strong understanding of database design and architecture.
Ability to build and implement databases in Quickbase.
Experience with structuring large, complex databases.
Business intelligence experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with database architecture and designing databases.
Experience in implementing databases in Quickbase.
Ability to manage interconnected tables and data connections through pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Work Environment
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely. For candidates in Seattle, there is a preference for onsite work three days a week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
