HR Business Partner: This is where you come in. The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a main resource for employees on questions related to their employment. They are responsible for employee lifecycle management, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance and policy. Main duties and responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization. Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees. Facilitate internal transfers and promotions, working closely with managers to support career development opportunities. Work with employees to navigate leaves of absence. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and mutual respect. Compliance and Policy: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, updating as needed to reflect changes in laws or organizational needs. Communicate policy changes to stakeholders.
