We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Seal Beach, CA or Plano, TX to play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals

  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, such as business process models, use cases, and functional specifications

  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among stakeholders

  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions

  • Assessing the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions, considering factors such as cost, resources, and technical constraints

  • Collaborating with IT (Information Technology) professionals to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation

  • Conducting user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly

  • Monitoring and evaluating implemented solutions to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement

  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance business analysis skills and knowledge

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in software development life cycles, configuration management and best agile software engineering practices

  • 1+ years of experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL)

  • 1+ years of experience working with data in relational databases and/or cloud environments

  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)

  • Experience in Salesforce Experience and Service Cloud

  • Experience with processes such as DevSecOps and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior Level (Level 4)

Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $108,800 - $147,200

Summary pay range for Senior: $131,750 - $178,250
