Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join a team for our global logistics client. As a UX Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. Your expertise will bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and elegant design solutions.
The team is currently enhancing their suite of applications through a comprehensive modernization journey. They are working to bring synergy of the UX designer layer across multiple applications. They are in the process of creating a design system, therefore, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the design system, innovating new designs from existing layouts, improving screen interfaces, and crafting or refining components to meet evolving business requirements. Additionally, this resource will collaborate with various teams and businesses to comprehend their needs and requirements to then translate those insights into wireframes, which will be handed over to the development team.

Skills and Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as UX designer, preferable in the IT industry.
* Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
* Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Prior experience working with logistics companies or clients. null
