It’s five food and beverage outlets range from a 1940’s inspired café on the ground level to a seductive Miami-style rooftop pool deck and bar reflective of the orange groves of Morocco.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will be working with our Front Office team providing guidance and leadership to Front Desk associates and ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered.

  • Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.

  • Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide.

  • Promptly complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.

  • Promote Crescent and brand specific marketing programs.

  • Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.

  • Code electronic keys.

  • Nonverbally confirm the room number and rate.

  • Provide welcome folders containing room keys, and certificates as appropriate.

  • Close out guest accounts at time of check out.

  • In the event of dissatisfaction, negotiate compromise, which may include authorizing revenue allowances.

  • Train, discipline, and monitor performance of team members and

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • One year front desk supervisor experience is preferred.

  • Marriott brand, service, and systems experience is highly preferred.

  • Requires standing and continual mobility throughout front office area.

  • Flexible scheduling and available to work
