Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C2BMC Principal Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide systems and interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance regarding C2BMC testing with international partners regarding ballistic missile defense.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide systems engineering, test planning, and test execution with international partners regarding ballistic missile defense capabilities.
Fulfill detailed technical responsibilities and project management duties related to test infrastructure, definition of test objectives, test event execution, organizational data-management, creation and maintenance of Interface Control Documentation, data-sharing architectures, and related requirements.
As required, support C2BMC-related operations, test, and training activities worldwide.
Work with representatives within the C2BMC Program, with other MDA Program Offices, external U.S. Agencies, and allied partner offices related to command and control systems, international agreements, U.S. policy, and international systems interoperability.
Provide technical analysis and guidance regarding sensors, command and control systems, and fire control systems involved in ballistic missile defense.
Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews.
Prepare and deliver executive level presentations regarding C2BMC International efforts.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
MA/MS degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project OR a BA/BS and 20+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project.
Active Secret Clearance.
Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required.
Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems.
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.
Military experience is a plus.

Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
