Sunnyview is looking for a Per Diem Scheduling Associate to help in the department!

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual to assist with clerical duties associated with keeping the department running smoothly!

Responsible for scheduling of Inpatient Therapy Appointments (OT, PT, ST) using an electronic scheduling system.

The position would entail scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and managing multi-line phones

What you will need:

  • HS diploma required; Certificate program or AAS in medical administration preferred

  • Medical office experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills and pleasant phone manners

  • Medical terminology is required
