Design and develop applications based on analysis of user requirements. Develop and maintain functional design documents for required system enhancements and reports. Analyze software fits/gaps and determine impact to business processes. Develop test scenarios and test scripts and execute test scripts. Work with ASP tool to log and track the service requests. Work with JIRA tool to track the issues reported by the agencies. Participate in end-to-end go-live & cutover activities. Accept bachelor with 5-yr IT experience as Master. Primary worksite is Schaumburg, IL but relocation possible.
