What you'll be doing

As part of the Operations Management team, the Senior Quality Assurance Officer assists members of the department by assuming responsibility for administrative support activities, ensuring that the department operates in an efficient manner. The role applies detailed knowledge of clerical and administrative tasks to perform a range of specialized clerical functions including reviewing and coordinating documentation, maintaining distribution lists, preparing and submitting expense reports, planning, tracking, and conducting spot-checks and independent testing of completed work as required. successful candidate proactively identifies and recommends possible process improvements that would increase productivity and efficiency, collaborating with senior employees to develop methods and techniques to enhance performance of administrative tasks.

The hours for this role are 12-8pm Monday to Friday.

  • Administrative Support- Maintaining compliance standards in client dealings/client files. Conduct administrative activities and engage in administrative processes associated with supporting the teams.

  • Productivity - Processing heavy daily workload from various sources where most of the information involved is detailed and factual and must be summarized and verified

  • Organizational skills - Schedule own assignments while accommodating changing priorities and establish a timetable for completion while working within the context of established work plan.
