At this moment, we are looking for a talented Program Manager to support Marketplace operation and expansion in Brazil. In our FBA Inbound team, you will own Inbound Defect Prevention facing initiative and will be responsible to work closely with various stakeholders such as FC, Transportation and Sales to decrease Inbound Defects. As Program Manager, you will work to drive strategic operational initiatives that will have positive impact on our Sellers. The right candidate will review performance on key metrics, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Key job responsibilities

• Own Inbound Defects metric as Inbound Preparation Defects and Missing from Inbound.

• Manage Programs and mechanism to prevent defects

• Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements;

• Set up performance management mechanisms and track the seller and business performance on a day to day basis;

• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review the business metrics and setup processes to ensure the metrics are met;

• Conceptualize and drive program changes;

• Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
