Quality Senior Analyst - Franchise Quality
What you will do?
You will be part of Franchise Quality organization in Latin America which has main objective to plan and implement product in regulatory conformance, creating reliable, robust, effective and safe innovations, from the initial stage of a new product to the management of its lifecycle.
Creates and promotes projects or programs that brings value to the business end to end.
Responsibilities:
Applies regulatory standards and requirements of cosmetics and medical device industries, as well as internal policies, in the processes of introducing new products and changes in existing ones, to ensure that they are carried out in compliance with the applicable regulations/requirements.
Uses organizational understanding and technical knowledge of cosmetic products for risk analysis and decision making in collaboration with others.
Designs and executes projects and analyzes with excellence and end-to-end organizational knowledge.
Proactively investigate and develop improvements to existing processes or develop new core processes.
Provide guidance to RD&E professionals on regulatory requirements for GxP applied to products.
Directly responsible for investigating and dealing with problems related to the introduction of new products or changes in existing ones.
Prepare, approve and review specific quality and product documentation.
Ensure all new products and any changes to products are performed in compliance with applicable Medical Device and Combination products regulation/requirements and internal J&J procedures.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For?
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related science is required.
More than 5 years of experience in Quality & Compliance or Research and Development in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Ability to communicate and understand the English language.
Assertive communication, organization, and interpersonal connection skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Other:
Ability to communicate and understand the Spanish language.
Previous experience in formulated cosmetics will be differential.
