Job Description

AECOM México busca Procurement Specialist

Funciones:

• Realizar seguimiento a las entregas de las órdenes de compra y contratos colocados por el cliente, el General Contractor y sus subcontratistas y gestionar las discrepancias con proveedores para asegurar la recepción oportuna de materiales y servicios.

• Recibir para su proceso los registros precisos de compras, contratos y desempeño de proveedores en cuanto a Compras y Suministro de equipos y/o materiales, asegurando la transparencia y accesibilidad de la información para el cliente.

• Responsable de dar seguimiento a la fabricación, logística y entrega de los “long lead ítems”, equipos y/o sistemas de largo tiempo de entrega, su repercusión en el programa de construcción, así como su interacción con las demás disciplinas del proyecto.

• Proveer soporte en la coordinación y logística del suministro e instalación de los diferentes equipos y materiales solicitos cuya responsabilidad es del Cliente, su GC o subcontratistas.

• Contribuye en asegurar que el programa de construcción no se vea afectado debido a la entrega tardía, mala calidad, o incumplimiento en especificaciones de los equipos y materiales solicitados para el proyecto

• Verificará que el GC, subcontratista y proveedores de bienes y servicios del Cliente se aseguren de cumplir con la normativa nacional y en caso de no existir, apegarse a los estándares internacionales aplicables.

• Colaborar en la identificación de las distintas ordenes de cambio que puedan surgir de los bienes o servicios contratados por el cliente, ya sea en tiempo y/o costo, documentarlas y darles seguimiento.

• Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento de control de proyectos para integrar las compras realizadas por el cliente o su GC, en la planificación financiera y el seguimiento de costos.

• Apoyar la implementación de prácticas sostenibles en el proceso de suministro de bienes y servicios contratados por el cliente, evaluando impactos ambientales y sociales de las actividades de compra.

Qualifications

Requisitos mínimos:

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Logística o campos relacionados + 2 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Experiencia:

• Experiencia en procura aplicables a la industria de la construcción

• Negociación, manejo de padrón de proveedores, ley aduanera, ley de instituciones de crédito, ley de sociedades mercantiles, procesos constructivos y manejo de fianzas.

Preferencias:

• 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos

• Inglés deseable
