Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week.

Truck District Manager

What you will do:

Develop and supervise the after-sales business for trucks, support assigned dealers in the tactical development of the business. implement brand and GMICA programs, lead local execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and supports assigned dealers, towards the development of strategies and activities that maximize customer satisfaction and results of the Truck business of Chevrolet / General Motors Dealers and distributors.

  • Prepares, coordinates and monitors Truck business plans in the assigned Dealerships / Distributors, applying actions with a retail focus, to increase the retention and satisfaction of customers who own Chevrolet vehicles and/or who are part of the value chain.

  • Manages key aspects of the Truck business such as sales of spare parts, BDC centers, geographic and digital coverage, NPS and Customer Satisfaction, productivity of service and collision workshops, customer retention campaigns implemented by the brand and compliance with standards set by General Motors.

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer, or related Careers. (Must have the title)

  • +4 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Microsoft Office: intermediate level.

  • English: intermediate level.

  • Availability to work in Ciudad Empresarial, Santiago, Chile in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).

  • The position will have to complete weekly visits to the dealer network in the area assigned to it.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry. Preferably in the bus and truck industry.
